I bought FLY mobile model number DS500 from Pantaloon Stores, Kakurgachi in June'2009 and ever since then it has to be taken to the service centre for one fault or the other and it stayed in the service centre for more than a month to repair one single problem - and touch screen malfunctioning was the main problem. Last May i.e. on 17th May'2010 we gave it for repair at the service centre but still now we have not received the phone and whenever we are going to the service centre they are not listening and sending us away telling the mobile set has been sent to Delhi office for repair and it has not come back since then. Please help / guide us what to do.
