I have bought Fly Mobile phone B450 from Indirapuram Big bazar aroud 1.5 onths back with following details

Its touchpad not working I have went to service station they asked for the which I have losted unfortunately. I called customer care number 01206667770 many times and requested them to please check the record as this model is recently launched and it is under warranty. But no one is listening to my complaint. I requested them to let me speak to there seniors they are not even allowing me to speak to them.
Now my phone touch pad is not working and no one is ready to give after sale support, the customer care person I have spoken to was Mr. Chamneesh he was not co-operative at all.
I need immediate help where will customer go if there is no customer support from the company
