Problems Faced:

• I bought FLY mobile (Model-SL100) on dated: 27th May’09 & my charger got defective on 13-Oct and I given it for checking purpose with your Authorized Service center (Sky way Technologies-Balfour Road-Kelly’s) on 21-oct. (Job Sheet no: 2368)

• When I submitted, they replied an irresponsible answer and told me to come after 10 days. After regular visit to your service center for 2 months, they gave me a charger finally in the month of Dec.

• When I cross check with the charger, I come to know the same was not working. Hence, again I went to your service center for the same, they replied it might be due to connecter circuit problem and takes some time. On a daily basis I called them and asked the mobile status, because of my disturbance they provide a temporary handset.

• After few days again I went to the service center and I collected my rectified handset it was working fine for a week, again same problem raised, hence I walk-in to your service center when I asked the status of my mobile they simply replied that my handset warranty expired and cancelled, else remove the battery from the handset and insert in to different fly handset to recharge, Is this the right way of serving a customer? So I request you to check & replace my handset at he earliest.

•I got the h/s with the warranty period of 1yr from the date of purchase.

Note:

•The time of purchasing my mobile, showroom people promised that the warranty will be 1 year and the same is mentioned on the handset manual, then how come a service center people can gave me a blind answer. Warranty has been cancelled by the company. How could a company cancel warranty without informing a customer? Revert me with good solution.

•I haven’t given handset to any other center unauthorized service center for the issue.
