Refund cheque

Hi,

We have purchased a Samsung fridge (double door) in the month may from saravana stores tambaram. Next day the fridge was delivered and from saravana stores they told from Samsung people will come for installation. T ill three days nobody has come so we used the fridge.

After a month time we have noticed that fridge cooling is not satisfactory so we have made a call log to customer care. One service person Mr. Anand has visited the house and he adjusted the temperature then too the cooling effect was not there.

Again another service person came and told some other answer it was not satisfactory. After a few conversation with the customer care people they have accepted for refund the amount.

On Nov 16 we have given the declaration and registered for refund. Within a weeks time we received the call that you have exchanged the fridge if you produce the bill for the whole amount we will reimburse the same they have committed.

On dec 1 we have produced the exact bill but till now we didn’t receive the cheque. when ever we call the concern people of Samsung they are telling in transit but the are not refunding the amount.

Being a off season I can go for a better fridge but I cant able to do because they are not refunding the amount.

This create a great stress for us because over money is held up with them.

Kindly look into the issue.
