I purchased a Nokia E63 handset from Mobile Store on 13th Dec. From very start only, the S/W had a problem, and my phone continuously hanged while receiving the calls. Secondly, its headphone had some issues.
I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Centre Vaishali on 11th Dec' since it was still under warranty.
The service personnel checked their records and said that the phone was not under the warranty since it is not shown in their system. I showed them the bill which clearly mentioned the warranty till 13th Dec.
On seeing the bill, the person asked me to come tommorow to collect the phone. Next day, when I went there, they asked me again to come with a Xerox of the bill with "C" sticker pasted in it. I went the next day again, but to my surprise they said since the service job sheet has been generated for Rs350/-, I need to pay the same. I told them this is not correct. But, they asked me to pay the bill otherwise the phone wont be given back to me.
I sent 3 mails to Nokia care centre, but till date I haven't received any reply.
I request everybody to not purchase any of the Nokia phone as the quality is very bad, and the service is the worst.
