Please do not go by the advertisements posted by Girias, Bangalore. They have pretty low quality appliances and their service is really pathetic. Have suffered twice from 2 different showrooms.
Purchased a LG refrigerator from them in January (Banashankari) and they promised to deliver it the same day after taking the full payment. Infact till 10PM in the night, they told that the refrigerator has been loaded and will reach anytime. I had made the payment around 3pm. Atlast the refrigerator arrived next day at 3PM after repeated requests. The piece was so faulty that it went under repair thrice wihin a month.
The second instance, went to Jayanagar Girias and purchased a Godrej AC. These guys promise free installation along with other goodies but after making a full cash payment which they had insisted, no one has turned up to install the AC for 4 days now. They promise it everyday and just make you take leave and keep waiting. Not even a courtesy call to inform that the person is not coming. Moreover nothing is included in their installation and the installation guy talks so rudely. No service request has been raised with Godrej too so think these guys have their own set of people who care a damn about customers. I have been bearing with huge boxes of AC, Compressor and stabiliser occupying one full room after making payment and taking leave waiting for them.
Adding to it, please do not go by their holiday packages. It is a complete eyewash. I have 2 of them, one is always not available and the other needs to be booked along with rs 1000 and you will know the availability in 15 days it seems
Please avoid Girias, they are just fooling people with fancy ads and offering the worst service
