I bought a Whirlpool microwave from Whirlpool in September. Within six months of buying the product, the inner sheet of the oven got burnt and the microwave vessels melted.
We raised a complaint with the Whirlpool Customer Serive in February. The complaint was forwarded to a service centre in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
The engineers visited us on more than 6 occasions, but tuill date they have not replaced the inner sheet. When we called the service centre the manager there was extremely rude and said that he does not have stock and to complain wherever we wanted to.
The oven has been lying in the kithen just a showpice now as any Microwave Vessel that is put inside is melting off.
So please take strong action against the Whirlpool to get the Oven itself replaced.
