Godrej 1.5 Ton AC
Product problem

Hi,

I have purchased a Godrej 1.5 Ton AC on 20 April from reliance digital (Indrapuram, Ghaziabad) but installed in June. I have just used it for 4-5 months only from the date I purchased. Now, its creating number of problems, majorly it is not doing any kind cooling at all.

I requested/complained to Reliance digital and informed to Godrej regarding the same. They (Reliance Digital) stated that there is some gas related problem and I'll have to pay Rs. 2250 (including visiting charges Rs. 350) to get this problem resolved.

I called the Godrej Customer Care Department and they stated that whatever would be the problem, they would be charging Rs. 350. Even they do not know how to entertain a customer.

Since I have already mention that I have just used it for 4-5 months only, It means that there is some problem with the product.

I have got such a very bad experience with Godrej appliance and Reliance Digital. I would not recommend to anybody to buy any Godrej appliance.

This is not all about Rs. 350. It is all about customer satisfection.

I would really appreciate if somebody can do something about this.
