I have call for problem in ac remote was not working, after repeatedly calling they sent technician after 30 days.he came n took P C B for repairing with a commitment give by trupti of 4 days. since than now it is today 27.04.2011 around 15days they have not yet came. i have spoke to trupti, atul sharma etc no one is willing to help .i am not having ac pleasure from around 45to 50 days . i had booked the call on 18.3.2011

so please help me out
