WASHING MACHINE
Washing machine (semiautomatic) is purchased from Godrej company (Application no. 1013209) and is under AMC from 11.07.2010 to 10.07.2012 (i.e. Two years).
This machine was not working properly. Therefore complaint is lodged with the company’s customer care (on 18002095511) as follows :
(i) Complaint No. 678042 dated 27.05.2011 did not attended by the company and SMS is sent for completing the complaint satisfactorily.
(ii) Customer care is informed that no body came here to attend the complaint (678042), they told me that within 24 hours another technician will come to rectify the trouble.
(iii) The technician Mr. Sanjay Singh came on 30.05.11 but could not repaired the machine as he did not bring the required parts with him.
(iv) The said technician did not turn up. I again informed the customer care for it on 06.06.2011 . They cancelled my previous complaint and booked new complaint (No. 681477, 06.06.11) and assured to rectify the complaint within 24 hours. But again all in waste.
(v) Waiting for a long time, Mr. Sanjay was contacted on the said phone but every time his phone was found switched off.
(vi) Again customer care was contacted on 18.06.2011. They immediate cancelled the previous complaint and booked as new complaint (685903) and told me that within 24 hours another technician will come to rectify the trouble.
(vii) Again the same condition. Nobody turned up to attend the trouble in the machine. On contacting Mr. Sanjay on phone No. 7860024461 on 20.06.11, he came and rectified the trouble.
