Not rectifing the problom fro lost 1 month

Dear sir,

We are facing problom with my refrigerator, we perchased new godrej refrigerator

3years back, now it is not working, local godrej engineer was seen the problom after he told me compressor is not working, so, he told me, we are going to replace it, we got warrentty for 5 years for compressor, it was hapend 1 month back now we are making phone calls every day he is saying tody tomorrow for rectification still he is not rectify

so what to do please do help thanking you
