Air conditioner not working

I have made complaint 40 days before to godrej service that my AC is not working.

they gave service call no 417569.Two times service personnel attended and unable to rectify. Today i have received a SMS as your service call 417569 is completed.thank you for your payment of Rs. NIL to your auth.service provider...

i have not not signed any papers confirming fault rectified.without rectifying they sent SMS. Kindly tell me how to file a case in consumer court and what are the formalities.
