No cooling in fridge

After logging a complaint in your authorized service center against the same, one of your engineer visited & refilled the gas in compressor. But condition is still the same. Only the upper part Freezer is working, but bottom part is still the same. Anything placed in the bottom part of my fridge become useless, dirty smell is also there due to non cooling.

I tried to call the service center at 011-42418891 many times but not getting any response...
