Not working properly and no service

I bought this fridge on 20 mar. 2010 and since then it is not

working properly and i made more than 3 complaints . every time they come after 1 weeek after the complaint registered and set it right temporarily and then we have to complaint again and again.and we have to stay without cold water and ice in summers.
