this is to inform you that there is a cooling and gasket problem in our split a.c. we have lodged a complaint a week back to the dealers from where we have purchased the a.c.(refrico near odion cinema... ph no-05226524630)... they escaped giving us the service centre no. but the numbers were not correct we again reminded them this last saturday with an assurance from them that tehy will come on monday though saturday being a working day... but today is mondauy and still there is no response... i'm sorry to say but this is the worst service i'v come across in my life... and on top of that they using harsh words and heavy tone while talking to us
kindly see to it taht it is taken care of as soon as possible
