Please refer to the Service order# 377363 on 22.10.11 (1742), MCO/ 071 during which Rs 1220.00 in cash was collected by your technician but no other fault was pointed out.
Again on 25.11.11 just after a month, for none working Compressor in Refrigerator Code: GFP220SZMB, GODREJ REF GFP220S, CHASIS# 803040769 purchased from Vijay Sales through Inv.# 14-GDB07-08SICD 248 on 05/ 07/ 2008) under 5 Years Warranty Jam to be replaced (In spite of under warranty, Ur Technician collected Rs 900.00 in cash (Even after demand for money receipt, the same was not given by your technician???) with the assurance to replace on 29.11.11 but didn't turn up).
This clearly reflects your service department attitude of making money without rendering the services resulting tarnishing Godrej Decades' hard earned image.
Please confirm your action in correcting the faults urgently failing which we will be compelled to take the help of Customer Grievance Forum.
