Dear Mr. Rajan/ Mr. R.Bhatt,

We are thankful for your prompt response but regret to inform you that your technician corrected on 30.11.11 at 1.45 pm but again at 6.30 pm stopped working (please refer Call# 3011401675, CSN IS 373 Dtd.30.11.11 @ 7pm) which is quite disappointing.

We sincerely request you to get (Refrigerator Code: GFP220SZMB, GODREJ REF GFP220S, CHASIS# 803040769 purchased from Vijay Sales through Inv.# 14-GDB07-08SICD 248 on 05/ 07/ 2008) corrected through knowledgeable Technician.

We look forward to your appropriate response.
