Extremely Unsatisfactory Service By Godrej Service Center Kota, Rajasthan

My Refrigerator was not working so I registered a complaint on 20 June in the Authorised Godrej Service Center Kota. The Next day after around 5-6 continous calls to the service center a technician visited us and said some components are to be replaced so keep the fridge off I will come the next day. No one came the next day. I called the service center 5-7 times again. The receptionist kept saying the technician will come but no one came. The technician and the receptionist dont know the way to talk to the customers properly Please train your staff before you authorise any service center Okay. So on 22 No one came to solve the problem. Finally after 5-7 calls again, on 23rd june, a technician visited and replaced some components of Rs 890.I paid the component cost plus service charge of Rs 350. Now the fridge is still not working its been 30 June. I have called the technician a lot of times, i have called the service center a lot. They Keep Saying It will be done today. 2 days back a technician came and said some more components are to be replaced. I guess They dont know how to fix the problem, they are replacing everything without checking whether the part is correct or not. So its been over 10 days today and my complaint is still not fixed. This is the worst kind of serivce I have ever come across.
Daily there is a 3 litre consumption in my house. All the milk, flour, vegetables are spoiling since 20 june which amounts to a lot. And in this scorching summer of 45 degree celcius I am unable to have chilled water from my Great Great GODREJ EON Fridge.
