Wrong information Given by Technician

Dear Sir,

I have purchase refrigator on Nov by R R Electricial

On 24th Nov my refrigator has totaly stop working & dirty smell was coming so i call your customer care & booked the complaint. Later on your techician come & informed us that the compresser & Cooling Coil & gas has to be change & refill given a estimate of Rs. 5150 Rs. 250/-

Tech No.801388

Later on i Call up R R Electricial Technician & he told us that the compresser is in a good condition no need to change but the cooling Coil & Gas has to change & refill. Estimate of Rs. 2200/-

Please let me know why Godrej Technician has given me wrong information.

If a reputed Company like godrej can give a false information, pls send your good technician who can guide me properly.
