Cooling problem

Sir.

We purchased Godrej Refrigirator on 08/04. It is not cooling properly. I made two complaints with godrej customer care with in 10days of march 10. The latest service call number: 906553 . The service engineer has visited first time he cheked and told me every thing ok . but after 2 days refrigirator not working properly menas it is not switching on. Then i made complaint again, now the same service engineer visited & same checking done, this time he told me defrash button is not woking need to change. I asked him to change, as of him this is not under warranty so we are not changing with out charge. I told him i given compaing before warranty period but u did say any problem taht time, then how can i pay now.. No answer form his side (he is not that much experiance to do service).

Please help me to resove this problem. I dont know why the comapnies are taking this type of service agents.
