My name is Monika. We have baught refrigerator EON 305 Liters on Sunday 3rd June.
Godrej technician came in to install the same fridge on 4th June. He told us to keep the fridge on for atleast 6 hours and then load with things. We loaded the things on 5th June including ice tray. Its been 24 hours, there is no ice in the ice tray. Cooling is not good at all. Technician has adjusted the temperature on his own. We haven't touch the temperature knobs after that and still no freezing and less cooling.
Its only been 24 hours and Godrej has created this complaint for us. This refrigerator costs us 22, 800. Even on the first day of its usage we as customer are not satisfied. In this highly competent world, I appreciate if our product can be replaced with a new working product or our money can be refunded.
Please help us on this and make Godrej as trademark for its good customer service.
We have already registered one complaint - 494079. However, I haven't receive any complaint SMS on my mobile despite of several requests to customer care.
