Non supply of requisite colou

On 21/1/10 i have ordered for a GODREJ WASHING MACHINE (sliver gray colour) in tambaram (west) branch of yours.but against my wishes they delivered me dark brown colour.even after repeated request for colour change they didn't respond me well.till date i was not replaced with silver gray w/m.kindly adress my grievences as soon as possible...
