I purchased Microwave Oven Convection plus grill on independence day i.e. 26.01.10. However the said product was not working. It was promised to be replaced by technicians & personells from Godrej who visted our home on 30th January within 7 to 8 working days. However it has not been replaced till date inspite of my several follow-ups with Godrej customer care & their manager. I was not expecting this type of harrassment from reputed organisation like Godrej. Could somebody please take cognizance of this & advise me what should I do next in order to get microwave replaced?
