Non-cooling

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in reference to the non cooling of my refrigerator purchased in 2008 & duly corrected in Oct'2011 but again after a month, cooling problem started which is communicated to their Customer complain number 2511399063 on 25.11.11 but not attended as yet.

Therefore, kindly look into the matter & oblige in getting this corrected.
