I purchased godrej referigerator double door in year 2004. on third day itself it ran out of gas, then we lodged complaint and gas was refiled. Godrej engineers made us to sign amc, till now we have must made some 100 complaints and every time engineers come and do something and go. in year again we signed amc contract and this they did not give us amc paper. but whenever we make a complaint they need amc paper and without amc paper they will not do any repairing. now we are in trouble, for last three months the refrigerator is dead. any solution.
