Efrigerator cooling problem

I have gogrej penta cool refrigerator . ihave facing problem of cooling i the refrigerator.

also give complaint for the cooling of refrigerator are not working in godrej customer care.

godrej service man come an check the refrigerator and change the pc of the refrigerator but thier is facing same problem in refrigaerator.then i will call every day about the cooling refrigerator but no response come for the godrej service center.they call every time when i call for refrigerator problem they call me our service technicien come in 24 hour to your home but no one technician send for the refrigerator

plz help me for this issue
