I am godrej customer from last 30 years and now decided to never buy a godrej appliance because of your WORST service and quality. I am suffering from last 2 year because of your bad service. I bought a double door godrej fridge almost a year back and since then I have complained and got it repaired for like 15 to 20 times that too with full charges. My fridge is dead from last 1 month, everytime I pay commute/carry charges of fridge service charges parts change charges. I have been harrased like anything. Being an civilian I have full rights to file a case of mental harrasment and WORST service and frogery by giving default peice. I requst you to look in to this matter and get my refrigerator replaced else I have to take some serious actions.please help us as soon as possible for the replacement of new one with better performance.
