We purchased godrej eon refrigerator DY31 from Godrej Okhla Delhi on 17/9 application no1253911.The appliance was delivered on 19/9 under exchange scheme invoice no811/93090360 and payment made in cash. At the time of delivery itself the vegetable tray glass was found to be broken and was accordingly recorded on invoice. Despite several calls to the sales and service the glass has not been replaced on one pretex or the other. In fact I would say that a defective piece has been delivered.
