I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 10/01 AT GODREJ CUSTOMER CARE ON TEL NO.18002095511 AND MY COMPLAIN NO WAS 196708.TECHNICIAN VISITED MY PLACE & CHARGED ME RS.350 AS SERVICE CHARGE & PART REPLACEMENT RS.800/-.(DEFROST TIMER).
I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.200/- EXTRA WHERE AS THE COST MENTIONED ON THE PRODUCT WAS RS.600/- & I WAS MADE TO PAY RS.800/-.
WANTED TO KNOW THAT WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE THAN THE MRP PRICE WHICH IS MENTIONED ON THE PRODUCT.
REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST.
