Dear sir,
we had purchased the Referigerator from Godrej Pentacool V2 on dated 13.03.2008 from M/s urvashi Sales Kankerbagh Patna.
My refrrigerator not properly working since Aug. i had complaint on dated 24.08.2009 and service provided by the Smart care patna after a month dated 11.09.2009 but after service it not found satisfactory then they came on 12t.09.2009 and 14.09.2009 and 18.09.2009 but after that also not found the satisfactory they said that liner of the set having manufacturing defect.
Now this set also not working and lying with godrej service center since 29.01.20010 service order no. 86890001, I had call the several time his Area Manager and other concern staff but no responce recieved from him.
Lastly the product which i purchased not a good standard and having manufacturing defect.
So please you are requested that arrange to peplace the refrigerator and do the need full.
Treat this as my last request after that i will go for the leagal action.
