I am Narendra potluri. I am writing this mail from vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I have purchased a Godrej Lcd TV 32 inches on 7/01 at your dealer outlet (SONOVISION) in vijayawda. My set has a complaint of standby. The set was not switching on when we press ON button it will automatically goes to standby mode. I complainted to the toll free No's several times and godrej smartcare servive people attended my complaint and said it was not rectified here you get the TV to our service centre. I have taken it to the service centre several times but the problem was not rectified. I have a chat with Mr. Sunilsagar (AP head) he assured me last time that the problem willnot be repeated again as they have PC board. And he assured me that he will provide me extended warranty.because most of the time from last one year my TV set was with godrej service centre only. Please do me favour in this regard. I am providing the details of some of my complaints and reference No;s below.
