On 16 May mr. Mohd Arbaaz gave me Godrej customer care email ad. as
[email protected] to send my complaint about my AC.However, my following mail bounced back:

My complaint no. is 315994, dt 11May for free service of 1.5 Split AC.
I have lodged third complaint today Mr. Mohd. Arbaaz informed me it would be attended to
on 18 May. He asked me to talk to your local frenchisee, whom I even don't know.
Besides, I have received SMS from Godrej that Co.is not responsible for complaints regd.
locally. He also told me that I can not talk to his senior.
I find this entire pattern of dealing with the customer very unfriendly.
I am a Godrej customer for decades. In last couple of years, I have bought high end Godrej
Washing machine, Split AC, two Window ACs and a 340 litre Fridge.
I certainly need better service than offered by Mr. Arbaaz
