I had a 1.5 tonne godrej which i bought from a dealer in hyderabad and was fitted satisfactorily on 2009 recently cooling was not effective for which i made a complain in godrej customer care no. 18002095511 on 8.3.2012 . The technician arrived and after checking told me there was problem in compressor as my as was in warranty period he suggested me for change in compressor for which he told that 2500 gas filling charges and 650 capacitor charges and auto charges will be incurring. He took the money and after around 10 days fitted the new compressor but it is still not working properly. Now he is telling that copper pipe line is damaged and needed to be checked and replaced. After long discussion he told he will try to braze the damaged portion. It was on 31.3.2012 and till today that is 04.04.2012 no one came up. what to be do. If there was problem with the copper pipe there was no need to change the compressor. As the ac was running normally till 8.3.2012 there might be no chance to get the copper pipe damaged until and unless it is forcibly damaged. So Iam stuck without ac and already spent above amount. as iam in marketing i travel a lot and need a peaceful night which since a month iam not getting.there is no response from the service people whos no is 040-66431146 Mr. ravi kumar. and 9701157777 mr. koteswar and toll free no fo godrej. being such a big company and so poor service setup iam amazed and shocked.
Please help me to get proper service.
