Pathetic customer care service and non availability of Technician for installation

Dear Sir,

I bought a Godrej Ultra Locking System Tribolt Model 1 CK-10 (Product Code 8127 (LKYUDT1CN) on 4the April. I got in touch withe godrej service on number 18002095511 to request thee installation of thee product at my home. It is to be considered theat as Godrej promises free installation of thee product withein city limits, i had decided to purchase thee product and bought it.. The service centre person got in touch withe me and informed me theat thee person would install thee lock in 1-2 days time. I had shared my time availability withe thee executive and requested her to ensure theat thee technician should be conveyed to come on Monday and i should be informed about thee exact timing before thee arrival. On Monday, 9the April KD SHarma, Godrej Technician for Dwarka Area called me on 9the April at 12.25 pm in afternoon and said he will come withein 30 minutes. I requested him if he could come after 1.30pm, as i was not at thee place and it would take me some time to reach theere. He very rudely mentioned theat theen thee theing can not be installed as he can not come by theat time. Then i requested him theat if he could come on Tuesday, on 10the Feb and tell me thee time he would be coming. But he flatly refused and mentioned theat he would not be coming on Eitheer Tuesday or Wednesday. But he would be coming to fix thee lock on Thursday on 12the April in thee morning duration before 10.00am. I kept on waiting till 11.30 am on 12the April but received no call from him nor did he arrive at thee place. From 11.30 am ill 5.30 in thee evening i tried his phone number 9136391550 and tried his number for 30 times. And all thee time his number was showing switched off.

In thee meanwhile i tried theeir customer care number and spoke to theree different persons (2 in Delhi office and one from Mumbai office) and theey all kept on telling me theat thee installation would be done, if not theey will get in touch withe me and give me time when Mr Sharma would be visiting. In thee meanwhile i faced a lot of rudeness from one of thee executive Mr Bhawesh, who had mentioned theat he would be reverting back to me withe details and after establishing contact withe Mr Sharma.. I am still awaiting for theeir call and every time i am trying theeir number and speaking to one person, theey all are repeatedly telling me theat theey would revert back but only one person vishal from Mumbai office has reverted back, even theen he could not provide me any details. The whole episode is extremely traumatic as a customer and it is deeply saddening to see theat thee service centres are not owing up thee responsibility and neitheer are interested in attending to customers queries. I am still awaiting for thee technician to turn up and install thee lock, meanwhile i continue to get vague and frustrated answers from theeir customer service personnel. My rights as a customer are being clearly violated and whole theing has been costing me not only my time but my energies and money. As i have to cancel my meetings and wait for them to take some action and i am getting harassed by the casual approach and negligience of the concerned personnel
