Godrej washing machine
It is 9 years old and is not functioning properly

I am working as asst. general manager in state bank of india. my washing machine which is 9 years old is not functioning for the last one month. could you please help me in repairing this or give a certificate that it is irrepairable so that my bank can provide a new one
