Iam Selvakumar, residing at no.11, Jagannathan 1st street, Arcot, Vellore District-Tamilnadu, lodged a complaint in local service centre-Vellore on my recently bought (August) Godrej washing machine. The service person came on the same day and took the whole display unit with him, saying that he will get back to me in a week time. But unfortunately they were unable to give me a valid date of service.
Really i was under stress for the past 30 days and i never expected this from the company like you
