I'm hereby to state a very bad news about your company's service. GODREJ being a reknowned company can not leve its customers wait.
Sir, I'm Vibha Verma, from- B-26 Santpuram, near Sai Mandir, Takrohi, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, UP.
Being experienced with the company's history, i got a new Godrej Refridgerator (230ltr.)
and a washing machine of same company.(Model: GWS620FS), 6.2kG., Serial number: 80701442 for Rs. 7200/- from Sadana Electric Store, 59, Chander Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow., BOOK NUMBER-68, serial no.:3400, Dated-30/10.
Thus, now the complain is this that from dated i.e., 30/10, the every 2nd month we had been facing some or the other fault with machine, whether problem with belt, vibration, washing tub and the circuit problems, etc. It even after having earthing gave shocks, this is really pathetic. Now, can you just imagine a family of 4-6 members can afford this?
Also, we made uncountable compains to the customer centre, and i've a new complain no. which is-722377, dated 23/7/10, and i suppose these numbers are not gaming ones, they have some work to be done over.
And after loosing my faith on yur company, i lost hope and have got a new Fully-automatic washing machine, Make-LG, thus, i need not keep your product now, and my anger has been wild by now, so, i request you to return my money as i dont earn in black, and if not possible, plz. take it back for FREE as a gift as it is occupying space too.
Otherwise, the second way is this that i should run to customer forum and you will be truely responsible for it.
Please take necessary actions within a week, i.e., by 10/8/10
