Last year I bought Godrej Widow AC GWC18. After one year it is not cooling at Summer time. I have given complained to Godrej Toll free Number on 02.06.2010. On 7th June Service Engineer came to my residence and did his responsibility regarding my problem. In conclusion he stated that AC's COMPRESSOR is to be changed. I called two times in Toll Free number. Response from "Godrej is Compressor is not available in our stock". My AC's Compressor is still in warranty period. I wanted to know being a NUMBER-1 company, why my problem is not been solved withing 15 to 25 days in this hot summer. Please kindly take immediate action so that we can be free from your side.
