Poor service from service centre

Respected Sir /Madam,

I had bought a windoe AC 1.5 ton in the year 2007. from 12.02.2011 we faced some problem of getting non cooling air from AC. we had launched a complan (no-132245) to authorised service centre (m/s Exclusive House) situated at garia station kolkata. they had taken the AC on 16.02.2011 for checking and told us that there is some leekage in the pipe and also need to gas charging. they had returned that one on 17.02.2011 and told that AC is performing well now. just after 17 days left the same problem arised and AC was sarting to give hot air instead of cool . we had launched the complain again 07.02.2011 but quite surprisingly they didn't attend the call after 48 hours left. they take it very casualy and told that they are trying to solve it. we think the problem is in compressure and your service personel are making us foolish bcoz we are still within the 5 years guarantee period.

we expect you will see the matter very seriously and give us proper solution.
