Defective Lock both cupboard and inside one

I had purchased a Godrej make Almira from one Godrej Dealer M/S PALVE, VADAPALANI, CHENNAI, email: [email protected]. Initially they had supplied one whose lock was not functioning, it was replaced with another, but this was also slight problem, but could not rectified properly. Complain was made to the dealer several times. Now at present at Kolkata with the following Address. major problem is that i) Main door requires more pushing for closing. ii) Inside cupboard lock is not functioning properly. Immediate attention is required to rectify the defects.
