Cell Replacement

I have taken phone on 17th aug. and there is problem in mother board and also in touch panel. It has been about 10 days my phone is in service centre and they are saying that we dont have the part and it may take a month for that...

For this I cant or u can say no 1 can wait so long so I need replacement of my phone as soon as possible.. I havent taken samsung phone to face such a problem..

Please make my problem solve as soon as possible please...
