Faulty Batt. PBX-1800

I Sold 5 Nos. of Battery PBX -1800 to a my Customer on date 15.05.08 . out of which one batt. S.NO. 5d2481 was found faulty to date 15 Sep.09 and was sent my becoming dealer VAISHALI ENTERPRISES on the same day. After a long waiting period batt. was sent back by giving decision "BATT. OK & RETURN" on date 12 Oct 09 by CRN No. GHA/GHA/SF/09/13222.

But still batt. is not responding as per its parameters and not giving sufficient backup as compare to other batt, which was sold on same day to the same customer by the same invoice & to the same unit.

SO it is request to you please see into the matter & do needful.
