I had purchased a Haier window AC much called the one with 3 Star rating. Since the installation the fan of the AC is noisy. I called the customer care to get the same checked from comapny's technician. Everytime I call them I am assured that very soon a technician will visit my house to sort out the problem and they have registered my complaint. Simply registering or seeking an apology for delay does not sort out my problem. I have already wasted 2 days waiting for the terchnician. The link for registering complaint on company's website or escalating it to higher officers is not active. The cell phone of the service Incharge of west Delhi Sh Deepak Jain has been put on busy mode.
AS A CONSUMER I FIND MYSELF HELPLESS AT THIS JUNCTURE.
