Hand Set not Return under given time period. And no further update given for mobile

I deposit my mobile at HTC authorized service center on date 7-7. But till today 30.7.12 no update given by the service center. While when i deposit it they said me that you will get back your mobile with in 15 days. Now when i ask them they said that they don't have any update. They also don't have any company concern person to discussed about it. When i call to company toll free no. 180026635366. They also said that they can't help regarding this issue, they can't not provide any contact no. for discussion regarding my mobile status. My Job No. 29500000000009, My ticket No. 121NA280003941. Service center Rishabh Telecom No. 0294-3261777.

Please take necessary action.
