Handset replacement

I gave my handset for repairing at the nigdi nokia care after 3-4 days they told me that the handset could not be repaire so they will replace my handset.

but after 15 days they gave me a cheap handset of 3500 where my mobile costs 7500 .

so for this reason i register this complain as i want my phone back or my money or a handset of same cost price.
