Product became defective

I purchased a Electronic harmonium Casio SA - 75 on 27 Mar (Bill No. 274) from a reputed shop Mira Musical House, Sirki Bazar, Bathinda, Mob. 9915517063.This product became defective After two and half months. Its Warranty period 36 months. When I approached him For the Same, he took the product for repair and returned it to me after some days with same defect telling it has been repaired. Later he promised to change with new one. But he is not changing and telling come ten days later, again and again repeating the same reply. Now I am fed up & worried with this shopkeeper.
