Sub:- Complain of activating ECS service without permission, I want to close this service.
My name is Mr. Indrasen Ramsurat Yadav, I have a saving account in your branch, My A/c no. is – 30248******
I have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 2 month contract. I have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subscription. as per the co's marketing person guidance I have paid for 2 month's subscription,
He has told me that you have to subscribe for 2 month and if you are satisfied with our service
then continue for further subscription through ECS mode of payment.
So I have signed the contract and provided the bank details but I have not signed the ECS form.
but now on 2011 01 Feb.& 14 Feb there is a ECS of 1655/- two time respectively hit in my account without my approval.
I have signed a contract with Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. for providing leads related to my business. I was assured a minimum of 1 lead/day which could go unto 2-3 leads/day. Its been more than a 3 month since I have made their payment but till date have received only 4-5 leads in total i.e. in the! st., on the lead many are false & customer did not give any response, i am complain on just dial by mail but i didn't get any response.
and just dial sale executive mr. sumite who meet me at time of contract also not attend call after attending call give me UN- normal response..
on a time of contract the sales executive fill the form of ecs without my permission on the bunch of paper he give me many signature also on ecs paper by a fraud.
I want details without my permission how the ECS service is activated. I want to take necessary action.
So please do the need full.
