Missing Feature

I purchased one Direct Cool Refrigerator GL-241NT5 on 29-06 from Mega Electronics, Allahabad

I decided to purchases GL-241NT4 which comes with Open Door Alarm, as per brochure given to me & also written on website of LG Electronics. At the time of purchase I was told that GL-241NT4 is not available so we have an option of GL-241NT5 which has all the same features instead it is a 5 Star. I was also shown that it has Open Door alarm, one sticker for Open door alarm is also there.

I called a person from service centre for Demo, he told me that there is only sticker but there is no Open Door Alarm in GL-241NT4 & GL-241NT5. The sticker is being pasted by mistake.

But if mistake occurred while pasting sticker, what was being checked by quality control department.

Any way I am not responsible for the same. I bought the Refrigerator after looking & reading all its features, but I am sorry to say that the product don't fulfill my wishes, & LG has done a breach of trust on this point.
