Nokia 5233
Attery issue

I have purchased nokia 5233 on 16th april and my mobile battery is creating problems so in this regard i went to ASC but they refused to help me out in this matter,

so here i want to ask you one thing is this the way nokia is dealing with its users and even my mobile battery was in warranty.

In this regard if something could be happend then plz. let me know.
