I had purchased Nokia Express 5130 on 2nd July 2o10. for initial few months it was working fine, suddenly day before yesterday, when I woke up in the morning, I saw that mobile got dead, I tried to restart it, but it was not able to start.

Later I logged a request and visited nearby NCC center which is at Aundh, Pune.

The service I got was very frustrating, They told me to come in 1 hour and commited your handset will be repaired by that time.

Later when I went on after 1 hour, they said, it was not repaired by this time and I should come 1 day later.

When I went today to see what is the status, they said, it cant repair in NCC center and they have to send it to NCC main center and it will require 10 more days.

This was frustrating that a new handset bought in few months back had this power boot failure in such a short period.

This leads to believe me that Nokia is no longer producing a quality handsets instead they are capturing market by advertisement and producing defective pieces..

This Diwali I was planning to gift a new Nokia handset N8 for my Niece, but I guess it was not worth purchasing if I get this kind of service and need to repair in few months.
